Of course there are any number of ways that this scale can be tabbed out and I realise that the software will have to make certain decisions but I would have liked for it to at least try to keep the notes close to each other on the fretboard. As a music student I wished my professor had made us buy Guitar Pro, but they were mostly Apple based Software learning, which is a shame because Guitar Pro has a superior user-interface. I just fired it up again and had a look at this exporting of TAB and it does exactly what I don't want. Thanx, I've had a brief look at TuxGuitar before and liked what I saw but never really gotten into it, for whatever reason. TuxGuitar can do it - did a quick test and it seems to work ok.
